A blue Hyundai Elantra has been parked right before 4 Carol Ave in Brighton, MA for over a month with no parking permit. Has received only 2 or 3 parking tickets and nothing else has been done. License plate #727YJ1. It is parked four cars in on the right hand side of the street. It has been taking up a valuable parking spot for many of the residents on that street who actually have permit parking. It may be an abandoned vehicle, or something may have happened to the owner. Please tow this car!
