    So recently signs were put up on a very tight street parking wise..no parking between 7am-noon on tuesdays. These trash dumpsters are put out Monday morning and will remain till Wednesday afternoon. It isn't fair, especially in the heat of the summer, to steal parking from residents that smells extremely bad especially in the hot sun on a rat and raccoon infested street....INFESTED! For three days. I can smell it from my living room. I can smell it from my bedroom on the side of the building..
