Big huge rats coming from the lot next door to 10 Wilcock Street. Code Enforcement will need to be sent out for the piles of trash, vacant boat and van along with a large pile of bike parts. These rats are setting off the video sensors at some of the neighbors.I do not have a picture of the rats but they should contact the Rat that owns the lot.Thank you in advance.
